Happy New Month, dearly beloved!
You are welcome to the month of September 2026, the first of the “MBER” months of the year. The Lord has been so good to us throughout these past months, and we owe Him all the praise, thanksgiving, and adoration.
As we step into this new month, may the book of remembrance be opened concerning each one of us, and may the power to manifest as His sons rest upon us, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
The Bible says:
“For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.” – Romans 8:19 KJV
Manifestation is the act of turning an idea, desire, or hidden condition into a visible reality or outward expression. The manifestation of the sons of God speaks of the time when believers will be fully revealed in their ultimate glory, completely freed from sin and death, and openly recognized as the children of God.
However, there is both a present and a future dimension to this manifestation. What we will ultimately become in the future should begin to find expression in our lives today. In other words, today is a manifestation of the future we talked about yesterday.
Beloved, the manifestation that creation is earnestly waiting for starts now. You and I are expected to show forth the glory of God in every area of our lives.
As the light of the world, we are called to shine forth. As the salt of the earth, we are called to preserve, influence, and bring godly flavour to the world around us. Wherever we find ourselves, we are called to manifest His glory.
We are also called to manifest the fruit and the gifts of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.” – Galatians 5:22-24 KJV
The Holy Spirit has also given each believer spiritual gifts for the benefit of others and for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
“But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.” – 1 Corinthians 12:7 KJV
The passage goes on to speak of the word of wisdom, the word of knowledge, faith, gifts of healing, the working of miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, diverse kinds of tongues, and the interpretation of tongues. All these gifts are the work of the same Spirit, who distributes them to each person as He wills.
Beloved, our manifestation is not merely about what we possess or what we can achieve. It is about Christ being seen through us. Our character should reveal Him. Our words should reveal Him. Our actions should reveal Him. Our gifts should reveal Him. And our lives should become evidence of His presence and power.
Above all, we are called to destroy the works of the devil, just as Jesus did. This is another important aspect of our manifestation, and it is something we should all key into through the power of the Holy Spirit.
The Bible says:
“He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” 1 John 3:8 KJV
Jesus was manifested to destroy the works of the devil, and as His representatives on earth, we must walk in the authority He has given us to resist the works of darkness and advance His Kingdom.
Beloved, I have a question for you:
Are you truly a child of God?
Our theme this month is “Manifestation of the Sons of God.” If you have not yet received Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, this is the right time to make that decision. Do not remain on the outside when God is calling you into sonship.
Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour today.
The Bible says:
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.” – John 1:12 KJV
Beloved, the world is waiting. Your family is waiting. Your generation is waiting. There is something of God’s glory that your life is designed to reveal.
May the power to manifest as a son and daughter of God rest upon you. May the glory of God be evident in your character, your family, your career, your ministry, your relationships, and every area of your life. May you walk in the fullness of the grace, authority, gifts, and fruit that God has deposited in you. And may your life become a testimony that points people to Jesus, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
