January 2023 – New Beginnings

Happy new year! May year 2023 be a peaceful, joyful and glorious one for you and yours. May you experience double portions of progress, success, and breakthrough in all ramifications as you journey through this year in Jesus mighty name.

Beloved, with the new year comes new things, new opportunities, new agenda, new resolution, new goals, and all what not. God Himself is set to do new things in our lives this year. He will make a way where there seems to be no way and bring possibilities out of impossibilities. It is written:

As God unfolds the great things He has in stock for us, we must be prepared to play our part. Success they say, is where preparation and opportunity meet. Let us be prepared to receive every blessing and utilize every opportunity that God brings our way. May you not miss your day of visitation this year in Jesus mighty name

One way to position yourself for the great things God has in stock for you this year is that of total trust or faith in Him. Do you trust God that in His unfailing promise? Do you believe He can furnish a table in the wilderness? Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV says:

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.”

In addition to absolute trust in God, you need to set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely (SMART) goals in that aligns with the vision of the new things you want and purpose of God for you. Do you have a plan in place for this year? Habakkuk 2:1-3 says:

“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Habakkuk‬ ‭2:1-3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

This new year 2023 presents to you a fresh start; a new chapter in life waiting to be written; a new chance to run with that vision God has given you. It’s another opportunity to make impacts in your family, ministry, career, business and many other areas. With God on your side and adequate plans and preparation by you, you will reach your goals. Are you ready for a fresh start?

Per adventure you are reading this and haven’t accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, one new thing that should happen in your life this year is salvation. Please accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour today, repent of your sins and turn from your evil ways and it shall be well with your soul.
