Happy New Year to you and your family! We thank God for grace to see the end of last year and the opportunity to start a new one. As we step into 2026, may the Almighty God open a new chapter of blessings, remarkable opportunities, and great celebrations for you and your household in Jesus’ mighty name.
A new year ushers in “A new dawn”. What this means is the beginning of something fresh and hopeful after a period of darkness, difficulty, or waiting. Your experience in the past year may not have been so pleasant or palatable, the above scripture is a promise of hope and a new lease of life in the new year. God will make ways for you where there are no ways and brings possibilities out of impossibilities.
“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:18-19 KJV
Literally, dawn is the moment when night ends and light begins to appear. May you see a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel this season. Your morning of joy has come. The scripture says:
“For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” Psalm 30:5 KJV
In the context of our spiritual journey, a new dawn often points to restoration, divine intervention, or God ushering His people into a new season of favor, purpose, or breakthrough.
As you continue in your journey this new year, may you experience:
- A fresh start or new chapter in every area of your life.
- Renewed hope and optimism for what the future holds.
- The end of hardship and the start of improvement in all ramifications.
- New opportunities, clarity, or direction towards the fulfilment of your purpose.
Beloved, in this new year, be inspired to rise with courage, ready to face the battles ahead, knowing that our victory is certain in Christ. May we move forward as one, unified in purpose and filled with the love of Christ, advancing the message of hope and salvation to a world that desperately needs it.
To someone reading this that has not surrendered His life to the Lordship of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, a new dawn for you would be that decision to do so without further delay. I call on you to repent of your sins and turn a leave, that a time of refreshing may come upon you from the presence of God.
May this year bring a mighty outpouring of God’s grace, favor, and strength upon each and every one of us. May we go forward as Christian soldiers, with a heart to serve, a mind to focus, and a spirit of selfless sacrifice.
